HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
To make an order, you need to select the product you want in jobb.co.id with the following steps:

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by several methods, as follows:
All payment methods do not require confirmation, if payment has already been made the order will be processed automatically. The order will be automatically canceled if the customer does not make payment within 1×24 hours.
You can send proof of payment within 24 hours. We will process the payment and send you an email confirmation with the order status.
Not. Payment by bank transfer must be made no later than 24 hours after the creation of the order, after which the goods will be delivered to you.
jacknicklaus.co.id do not charge you any fees if the order is cancelled.
No, we currently only accept payment in Indonesian Rupiah.
Yes. Your credit card be charged immediately after confirmation.

jacknicklaus.co.id will send an email notification with the name of the logistics company, tracking number, and tracking website of the logistics company after you complete the payment of your order.
The shipping fee will appear at checkout, depending on the shipping address and weight of the item.
REFUND
We will refund the funds in the form of store credit so that the funds can be used again to shop at jacknicklaus. For details, you can check the Dashboard menu – Store Credit & Refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Orders can be returned within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received.
We will conduct an inspection after we receive a return from the customer. If the product is indeed damaged for the above reasons, you will receive a confirmation email. We will replace with suitable products within 14 working days.
Order return status can be checked on the Dashboard menu – My Returns.
You can choose to redeem the product for another size.
