HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER

To make an order, you need to select the product you want in jobb.co.id with the following steps:

  1. Click SHOP at the top left.
  2. Select a category on the left side of the website (Top, Bottom, Outerwear, etc).
  3. Enter the selected product into the “Cart” by clicking “Add To Cart” on the selected product.
  4. In the “Cart”, you can change your purchases by selecting “Update Cart”
  5. If you have completed your purchase, please select “Proceed to Checkout” to go to the payment page.
  6. Please complete your shipping information, then select “Shipping Method” and “Payment Method”. If you have a voucher, please enter the voucher on this page at the top that says “Click here to enter your code
  7. To complete your purchase, select “Place order”. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  8. Please make payment according to the payment method you choose.

Prices listed on the purchase confirmation page are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges, unless otherwise noted. To find out the price please see the price details at checkout.

The shipping fee will appear at checkout, depending on the shipping address and weight of the item.

REFUND

We will refund the funds in the form of store credit so that the funds can be used again to shop at jacknicklaus. For details, you can check the Dashboard menu – Store Credit & Refund.

Product return steps:.

  • Fill in the return form provided on the website.
  • Submit the product to jacknicklaus.co.id site with the following address:

  • After we receive the goods, our staff will conduct an inspection. The inspection time is at most emoat twelve days from the goods we receive.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, Customer Service will jacknicklaus.co.id contact you for your preferred next course of action.
  • Customers can choose to exchange goods or refunds.
  • We will send you a confirmation email containing the estimated delivery time of the replacement item.
  • For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

Orders can be returned within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received.

The following return policies apply in jacknicklaus.co.id:
  • The return period is a maximum of 7 days since the goods are received.
  • The condition of the goods and packaging must still be the same as when received.
  • It has never been worn, not washed or dirty and damaged as it has been used.
  • Price tags and barcodes (stickers with black and white lines) are not removed from the product.
  • Returns are not valid for lingerie and lingerie, fragrance, beauty products, accessories, watches, and jewelry.
  • The voucher you used at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
  • jacknicklaus.co.id have the right to refuse the return of goods if they are not in accordance with the above provisions.

We will conduct an inspection after we receive a return from the customer. If the product is indeed damaged for the above reasons, you will receive a confirmation email. We will replace with suitable products within 14 working days.

We will pay shipping costs for damaged goods and/or if you receive the wrong item. The trick is just a photo of the delivery receipt that you use and send it in the form of attachments / attachments via email to trisulabrand.care@trisula.com, also include:
